Minimum Order - the first order has a $250.00 minimum and $100.00 minimum for reorders. There is no minimum reorder for personalized and custom decorated pottery after qualifying for the program.
Payment - We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover Card. Your cards is charged when we ship. We do not offer net terms.
Personalized and Custom Decorated Pottery Program. We have several items that can be ordered with a specific custom or personalized hand painted decoration. These pieces are obviously made to order and available on a “one of a kind” basis. You must have purchased a minimum of $500.00 in pottery and samples to be eligible for the program.
Shipping - We ship by UPS and FedEx. Pottery is fragile and can be heavy which makes it important to properly package an order for safe transit.
Wisconsin Sales Tax - By law we charge 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax for orders delivered to a Wisconsin address that is not tax exempt.
Read Packing List Carefully - Before you call us to report shortages, read the packing list to see if some of your order has been placed on back- order.
Our Guarantee - For a period of 30 days from shipping your order, if you are not satisfied with our products and you wish to make a return, we will refund your purchase price- less all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. Custom made and decorated pottery is not returnable without prior authorization.
Returns - Please inspect your order upon delivery. Be sure to read all packing materials before reporting a problem to Customer Service. Returns must be pre-authorized and have a return authorization number issued within 14 days of receipt of your order. Contact:
service@cambridgestoneware.com to receive necessary authorization. Please use the original packing materials when returning pottery to reduce the chance of breakage. You are responsible for the safe return of your order!
