Delivery Time- We try to have some of each item on our shelf ready to ship to our customers. In that case we can ship to you within 5 business days. If we are out of stock of the item you are looking for, it may then take up to 3 weeks to ship your order.  We will inform you by e-mail of your order lead time if we are not able to ship within 1 week of receiving your order. Your credit card payment is charged at the time we are ready to ship your order.

Shipping- We ship primarily by UPS. Pottery is fragile and rather heavy which makes it important to properly package and handle your order for safe transit. Shipping and handling charges are for the contiguous United States. Call for charges to other areas.

Wholesale Information- Is available upon request and with proper retail business identification.

Wisconsin Sales Tax-   By law we charge 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax for all orders delivered to a Wisconsin address.

Read Packing List Carefully-   Before you call us to report shortages, read the packing list to see if some of your order has been placed on back- order.

Our Guarantee-  For a period of 30 days from shipping your order, if you are not satisfied with our products and you wish to make a return, we will refund your purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. Custom made pottery has a separate guarantee and return policy.

Returns -   Please inspect your order upon delivery. Be sure to read all packing materials before reporting a problem to Customer Service. Returns must be pre-authorized and have a return authorization number issued within 14 days of receipt of your order. Contact: service@cambridgestoneware.com to receive necessary authorization. Please use the original packing materials when returning pottery to reduce the chance of breakage. You are responsible for the safe return of your order!
